A client walked in with one line. When someone holds my card, they should feel it. That is a strange thing to ask from a rectangle of paper. So I stopped thinking about the card as information and started thinking about it as an object first. Navy stock. Sharp corners. A weight that registers in the hand before anyone has read a single word on it. The kind of card that gets noticed before it gets read. Then the QR. Not a footnote tucked into a corner like an afterthought. Scan it, and it opens straight into a WhatsApp chat, or a branded page built only for B3, not a generic link page borrowed from somewhere else. Every card is a door. Scan to enter, not scan and maybe get around to it later 🚪 Because a card sitting quietly in someone's wallet has already failed at its one job. This one is built to start the conversation on the spot, before anyone gets the chance to lose it in a drawer. A card that only holds information gets filed away. A card that opens something gets used. #printdesign
